I'm a BTEC Level 5 (equivalent to degree level) therapist offering clinical sports and remedial massage and soft tissue therapy for the treatment of chronic pain and soft tissue injuries. I also offer oncology massage for those living with cancer; pregnancy and post-natal massages and hot stone massage therapy. I'm based in Musselburgh, East Lothian.
I use a range of traditional massage and soft tissue techniques such as trigger points, soft tissue release, assisted stretching, myofascial dry cupping, IASTM and gentle mobilisations to effect a change in the tissue to release tension, increase mobility and reduce pain.

WHAT IS IT?
Soft tissue therapy is the assessment, treatment and management of soft tissue injury, pain and dysfunction of the musculoskeletal system. It looks to address the whole body system, identifying and treating causes of pain and dysfunction and not just treating the symptoms.

£45 for a 60 minute treatment; £30 for a 30 minute treatment

I have a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage and I have worked with a range of clients, from people with chronic pain caused by postural issues to people with acute sports injuries.
